Before you fly

  • Check-in for all flights opens 3 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 45minutes prior to departure.

We ask that you arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before the flight. This will assist us in getting the flight away on time and minimising any delays and inconvenience to yourself and your fellow passengers.

  • A number of ports to which we fly to require passengers to hold a valid visa. If you are unsure as to whether or not you will require a visa please contact the appropriate office listed below. It is the passengers responsibility to arrange their own visas. Our Airline is required to sight the visa at check-in. If you don’t have the appropriate visas you will be refused boarding.
