HOW TO BOOK OUR AIRLINE

Online:

Book your flights at a time that suits you by using our online booking system.

Through a Travel Agent:

If you would like to use your travel agent they will be able to book a flight with us using our website www.ourairline.com.au Please contact your travel agent for further details.

Last Minute Bookings

You can make a booking to travel on the day of departure provided you do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time of departure.

Fares

We have a range of fare options to suit all your travel needs.
We always advertise prices including taxes and charges.
Our website booking process displays applicable taxes and charges.

All prices are are inclusive of all taxes, surcharges and levies as at 1st March 2011.

A departure fee applies for departures from Tarawa (payable in AUD). This fee is paid at the airport after you have checked in. It has not been included in the fare.

Our lead-in fares may not be available on all flights, or in peak travel periods.

*Tarawa - Nadi and Nadi -Tarawa are operated by Air Kiribati.

Payment Methods

Internet Bookings Full payment must be made at the time of the booking. Please refer to the table for which credit cards we accept: Unlike the majority of carriers we do not apply a surcharge for payments made via credit cards using our website or sales offices. Our Sales offices and Agents are able to accept all forms of payment including credit cards, cash and electronic transfer of funds. There is no surcharge levied by the carrier for making payments via credit card, travel agents may impose their own fees.

Travel Insurance

A number of our fares are non- refundable Our Airline strongly recommends that you take out Travel Insurance to cover for unforeseen circumstances.

Fees & Charges

Amendment Fees

The amendment fee is AUD or FJD $55 dollars. This fee is charged when you change your travel dates or routing which is all subject to the rules attached to the fare you purchased. These fees will need to be paid for at the time of the amendment.

Refund Fees

Refer to the fares rules to see the varying level of fees associated with refunds.

Credit Card and Debit Card Surcharges

There is no surcharge levied by the carrier for making payments via credit card, travel agents may impose their own fees.

Schedules

Our Schedules allow you to access Nauru and Tarawa from either Fiji or Australia and likewise giving you options on the return journey. This flexibility assists a number of our frequent travellers with their itinerary planning.

Our early morning arrivals into Nauru and Tarawa allow you to attend meetings on Monday and give a full day on Tuesday minimising your time away from the office.
